Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handles daily correspondence. 
  • Responds to inquiries and makes reservations as needed.
  • Records and processes in-coming reservations with confirmation sent out if require.
  • Ensures all details of a reservation have been action; Transportation, Special requirement etc.
  • Provides information to guest on hotel services and activities.
  • Ensures correct and relevant information to the operating departments
  • Processes cancellation / amendments to reservations (extension, early departure, number of rooms)
  • Investigates and handles no show reservations.

Qualification

  • Thai Nationality
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
  • Good command in spoken and written English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive and service mind
  • Able to work under pressure and is a team player
  • Computer literacy
