Accounting Section Manager

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform, or supervise the performance of the company’s recordkeeping practices, to ensure conformity with government regulations, standard accounting principles (IFRS) and the company’s policies.
  • Responsible for general ledger accounting function, including chart of accounts and collaborate with AP and AR for the financial closing activities and reconciliation of each month or quarter and prepare journal entries for accruals and variances.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, including management reports and accounting analysis to identify and explain variances. Support decision-making purposes.
  • Ensure the timely submission of all of the firm’s tax forms. Organize timely and accurate preparation of documentation pertinent to all of the firm’s tax responsibilities.
  • Alert the Accounting Manager regarding important issues that may have an effect on the firm’s financial, accounting and tax matters.
  • Perform other regular external and internal audit checks on accounting documentation, reports, financial statements, and all tax responsibilities for the firm’s operation.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecasting
  • Perform fixed asset register management system and validation
 

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting (master’s degree is a plus)
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including some supervisory experience
  • Working experience in an International Company is a plus.
  • Experience in audit of financial statements under IFRS, processes and controls as well as experience in compliance and transition projects
  • Effective communication skills, Proficiency in English (TOEIC > 450)

Accounting Department Manager
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and monitor accounting & finance functions of the Trust and Company to ensure accuracy and timely manner (Review RV, PV, JV, Instruction to trustee, PND3, PND53, VAT, monthly report and NAV report)
  • Prepare and calculate PND50, PND51 for Revenue Department.
  • Prepare the Financial Statements
  • Prepare Annual Report, 56-Reit and other financial and non-financial information for investors.
  • Arrange meetings for the Board of Directors and Annual General Shareholder Meeting as well as coordinate to ensure that all resolutions have been implemented. (preparing agenda, notice, paper, presentation for the meetings and taking minutes of meetings)
  • Prepare ASRM/REIT Annual budget and forecast, monitor and control the budget, perform variance analysis report (Budget Vs Actual report)
  • Be responsible of quarterly dividend payment (calculate the appropriate amount, schedule for the distribution date and coordinate with relevant unit).
  • Manage cash flow to ensure having sufficient funds for operation, find an alternative investment to gain the highest return for cash liquidity excess and manage cost of funding to earn a lowest financial cost.
  • Provide a proper disclosure of information in compliance with SEC and SET, to Trustee and Investor.
  • Arrange a plan for annual REIT’s property assessment (select of the appraiser, coordinate with appraiser and Property Manager, review a valuation of the Trust property)
  • Be responsible for developing and updating contents of AMATAR’s website.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Management level.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Finance, business development in real estate development business.  
  • Effective communication skills, Proficiency in English (TOEIC > 650)

Legal Manager
Bachelor’s Degree in Legal

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as in-house legal counsel for the company and its affiliates in respect of industrial estate, real estate & property, corporate, commercial contract, joint venture, foreign investment, intellectual property, labor& employment, public &private company laws and international transactions, etc.
  • Draft, review and reviseall kinds of commercial contracts and various forms of agreements or legal documentations in both Thai and English 
  • Provide legal advice, comment, opinion in terms of all legal issues related to the business of the Company and its affiliates.
  • Negotiate on legal terms and conditions of contracts and any legal documentations, advise on new business ventures and transactional matters
  • Coordinate and contact with all internal departments, government authorities and external counsels in Thailand and overseas
  • Attend business meetings as necessary in relation to the work assignments
  • Prepare Thai and English translations of contracts and any other legal documentations
  • Perform general legal duties for the company and its affiliates
  • Perform any legal counsel tasks as necessary as assigned by the Company      

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degrees or higher in Laws from recognized and distinguished universities (GPA > 3:00)
  • Minimum 5 years experiences of legal counsel in international law firms or leading multinational companies 
  • Proficiency in corporate laws, property laws and international laws 
  • Lawyer License is required
  • Excellent in English communications skills (speaking, writing and reading) (TOEIC > 600)
  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills
  • Positive attitude, maturity, reliable and independent
  • Hard working and diligent and have legal and service mind
  • Ability to work under pressure and demanding situations
