Investors Relations Officer
Bachelor's Degree or Higher

Ability to manage relationships with key shareholders to ensure their understanding of the Fund’s financial performance, strategy and competitive positioning. This will include developing written materials, handling in-person briefings and managing events for key shareholders, prospective shareholders and analysts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure full preparation/ process of submission quarterly earnings release to SET in a timely manner and to be the key liaising person to provide and prepare information for external auditors.
  • Analyze financial and other relevant data points for the Company, its competitors, and customers
  • Perform financial benchmarking
  • Manage and maintain the investor relations website, working with outside vendors and internal teams
  • Manage and maintain the IR database, track interactions with investors and analysts, and generate reports
  • Maintain meeting and call logs of investor discussions.
  • Maintain and communicate competitive intelligence and analysis to the senior management and Fund Manager
  • Provide support in creating and maintaining various internal and external IR presentations
  • Provide support in ad-hoc internal and external information requests
  • Collaborate and develop strong relationships with other functions throughout the Amata Group, including but not limited to finance, strategy, accounting, legal, corporate communications, and marketing teams
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance from a reputable university
  • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience relating to finance/investment field.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office in particular PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with investors
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Well organized, paying close attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a timely manner

Civil Engineer
Bachelor's Degree or Higher

Key Responsibilities :

  • Inspect and control the construction of Infrastructure and land development in Amata City Industrial Estate/ other projects.
  • Participate inspection qualifying program to all relevant standards.
  • Carry out all necessary audit planning and preparation and report the result of the inspection.
  • Develop the skills necessary to conduct the inspection and plan, prepare and carry out assigned tasks
  • Strictly conduct all inspection tasks in accordance with Amata Group and Thailand procedures.
  • Conduct all the necessary follow-up with Consultant Engineer, Contractors, and other related departments to ensure they clearly understand all of the requirements of the development and auditing process and the status of their contract.
  • Act in a professional manner always abide by the non-disclosure agreement and Amata Group codes of conduct.
  • Respond to clients on technical and marketing inquiries.
  • Report any customer complaints, problems and or system deficiencies to the Managerial Levels.

Qualification :

 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or (GPA > 2.75)
  • At least 3 years of progressively related experience in infrastructure and construction.
  • Minimum Level-I Professional Engineering license from the Council of Engineers of Thailand
  • Having knowledge and skill in project management and AutoCad
  • Good command of English (TOEIC > 500 )

Facility Management & Sales Support Engineer
Bachelor's Degree or Higher

Ensure overall effective Facility and Construction Management, including preventive maintenance plans, budget control, supervise maintenance consultants and contractors, perform duty as Sales Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure facility management, maintenance plan, construction schedules are in place and executed effectively.
  • Resolve problems or complaints related to engineering in a systematic and professional manner.

  • Inspect facility prior to handover and takeover to ensure the quality of the facility, supervise and list defected items.
  • Monitor and guide compliance with building and safety regulations.
  • Support marketing team in any tasks related to engineering, to meet customer requirements.
  • Work in tandem with the marketing team to ensure accuracy of building information.
  • Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in construction or facilities management.

Relationship Management Executive

Relationship Management Executive is responsible for maintaining and developing customer-business relationships, including taking care of potential customers, VIP guests and group of visitors on their visit to AMATA sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management Executive tasks with forming new relationships or caretaking a valuable existing customer base.

Legal Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as in-house legal counsel for the company and its affiliates in respect of industrial estate, real estate & property, corporate, commercial contract, joint venture, foreign investment, intellectual property, labor& employment, public &private company laws, and international transactions, etc.
  • Draft, review and revise all kinds of commercial contracts and various forms of agreements or legal documentations in both Thai and English
