Amata Facility Services
Amata Facility Services Company (AFS) is a subsidiary that is 91% owned by Amata Corporation. Its primary function is to supply maintenance services provided by Amata that are supported by an obligatory maintenance fee Amata charges its clients. Primarily, AFS operates ‘outside the fence’ surrounding client companies. ‘Inside the fence’ AFS can provide support services using the same contractors that work at the estates. Many clients find using AFS contractors easier than doing it themselves and better than hiring a company with which they are not familiar. The clients are acquainted with AFS and the company is located right on the Amata City Chonburi estate.
‘Outside the Fence’ Services:
- Maintaining roads within the estates
- Arranging for the collection of garbage and trash
- Providing and maintaining green spaces
- Security system for the entire estate, including fire department
Optional ‘Inside the Fence’ Services:
- Firefighters training service to train company employees
- Taking care of green areas and gardens within or immediately surrounding a factory
- Collecting office waste and industrial waste
