เป็นบริษัทร่วมทุนใหม่ระหว่างบริษัท คินเดอร์เวิลด์ เอ็ดยูเคชั่น กรุ๊ปจำกัด จากประเทศสิงคโปร์ และบริษัท อมตะ คอร์ปอเรชัน จำกัด (มหาชน) ที่ก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี 2015 บริษัท คินเดอร์เวิลด์ เอ็ดยูเคชั่น กรุ๊ปจำกัด ก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี 1986 ในประเทศสิงคโปร์และให้บริการหลักสูตรระดับการศึกษาที่หลากหลายทั้งในสิงคโปร์ เวียดนาม มาเลเซียและออสเตรเลีย

- Amata KinderWorld phase 1 provides K1-K3 early years and Y1-Y3 primary education as a bilingual program (started in 2016)
- It is located on the premises of former YWCA Kindergarten at Amata City Chonburi
- At first, it caters to Amata’s customer, families of employees working at Amata, secondary to the public
- Future goals: international standard education (Amata Singapore International) to provide full kindergarten, elementary, high school, vocational and university with on-going developments on premises and new investments
