Welcome Anh Duong - AMATA City Long Thanh's First Customer

On the afternoon of July 17, and witnessed by the leaders of Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority (DIZA), AMATA City Long Thanh Joint Stock Company officially signed a land sublease agreement with its first industrial park customer Anh Duong Irradiation Technology Joint Stock Company. Both sides have been working together for a while preparing for this 2-hectares land deal, with Anh Duong Irradiation Technology to invest around USD28 million and to kick off construction as early as August 2023.

On the occasion of agreement signing, Anh Duong was awarded with an investment registration certificate from Dong Nai Industrial Zone Authorities. DIZA Vice Head Mr. Pham Van Cuong therefore wished the company success in business and growth at AMATA City Long Thanh industrial park.

Anh Duong's General Director Mr. Nguyen Quoc Truong expressed his gratitude for the authorities' help during the application process and shared his happiness for achieving today's milestone, which is built on trust between the two partners. 

Anh Duong Irradiation Technology Company is a Vietnamese enterprise with expertise in advanced radiation technology for a variety of applications including industrial sterilization of agricultural products and food, fruit quarantine, medical sterilization and potential irradiation fields.

The company plans to develop a research center to develop new technologies for the production of new and high-tech materials. As such, the project will contribute to the competitiveness of Vietnamese agricultural products and to the development of supporting industries, as well as lead to socio-economic impacts and benefits for people and country.

The signing of the first land sublease agreement marks a significant event for AMATA City Long Thanh industrial park. Covering a total area of 410 hectares, the project enjoys a strategic location on the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay motorway just 10-km away from the Long Thanh international airport. It has emerged as the ideal location in South Vietnam for local and foreign manufacturing investors with ample land available and superb connectivity.
