AMATA City Long Thành Collaborates with Dong Nai Province People's Committee To Organize Investment Promotion Trip To Japan And Korea

With the aim of attracting potential investment from Japan and Korea, Long Thanh High-Tech Industrial Park, also known as AMATA City Long Thanh, collaborated closely with the People's Committee of Dong Nai Province to organize successful investment promotion trips to these countries from April 22 to April 30, 2024. AMATA has emerged as a key investment destination representing Dong Nai province.

During the investment promotion conference in Japan, Mr. Yasuo Tsutsui, Head of the Sales and Marketing Department, provided a comprehensive overview of the investment environment in Vietnam, particularly in Dong Nai. He highlighted the latest updates on infrastructure, utilities, and support services, instilling confidence in potential investors for establishing long-term business ventures.

Following the conference, AMATA's leadership team embarked on a business trip to South Korea, engaging in site visits and meetings with reputable companies and organizations such as Hyosung Corporation, JEIL's project in Dongtan, Gyeonggi Province, Korea Overseas Infrastructure and Urban Development Corporation (KIND), and Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH). This visit provided valuable insights into the Korean real estate market, essential for AMATA's smart city projects' sustainable development in Vietnam.

On April 30th, a delegation led by Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Hong Linh and Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Hoang of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee met with JEIL E&C Group in Seoul. Joining them were AMATA representatives including Mrs. Somhatai Panichewa, Chief Executive Officer of AMATA VN Public Company Limited, Mr. Thai Hoang Nam, General Director of AMATA City Long Thanh, and Mr. Luong Phuoc Sang, Deputy General Director of AMATA Township Long Thanh. During this meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Hong Linh presented JEIL E&C with the project's investment registration certificate, welcoming their logistics project to Dong Nai.

JEIL E&C, a prominent South Korean construction company, is investing USD35.4 million in a new logistics project within the Long Thanh High-Tech Industrial Park, addressing the growing demand for warehousing space in Dong Nai, particularly in e-commerce, retail, and last-mile delivery sectors. This investment is poised to benefit significantly from the upcoming Long Thanh International Airport.
