Scope of Work:
Overseeing the sales process, providing technical expertise, and developing strategic relationships with clients, driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Company.
- Collaborate with AMATA Group sales & marketing team to identify target markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate external stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to stay informed about industry developments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and innovations in utility technology.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key utility customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering technical insights and recommendations.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the utility business.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in sales management within the utility industry.
- Strong technical background in utility products and services.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance.
